Damaged/Missing Shipments:
We cannot be liable for damage or loss of merchandise once it has left my shop. If you receive your order with outward signs of damage, follow these steps:- UPS Shipments: Accept delivery and call us immediately with the tracking number so that we can begin a damage claim with the carrier. You may open your package but do not discard the box, packing materials, or damaged merchandise.
- USPS Shipments: Take the box with its contents to your local Post Office. They will initiate a damage claim at that time. If your shipment has not been delivered in a reasonable amount of time, please contact us and we will begin the necessary steps to track the package. Please note that the Post Office requires that at least 30 days have passed before they will begin the trace.
